Description
Edit August 21, 2017: There's new data suggesting that Pisanosaurus is in fact a silesaurid. I don't have any reason to doubt the new designation, but I probably won't have time to update the skeletal until early 2018 at the soonest, so paleoartists be warned!
/edit
Pisanosaurus is less complete then I would usually require to execute a skeletal reconstruction. Still, its position as the most primitive known ornithiscian makes it important, and I was commissioned to do it for a museum display, so I've provided my best shot.
Given the paucity of the appendicular and skull material, artists should be warned that there will likely be changes made if/when more material is found (and no, I have no knowledge of additional material at this time).
Draw at your own risk!
At the same time, it's been a fascinating (and time consuming) exercise in examining the known acquisition of skull and postcranial characters as a basis for restoring the missing material; had Pisanosaurus been better supported as a basal heterodontosaur (for example), the skull would have been reconstructed quite differently.
